Spooky Spaghetti
Surely you've heard of a Creepypasta before, right? You know, ''Jeff the Killer'', ''Smile.jpg'', ''BEN Drowned'', and so on. This had inspired a young Creepypasta fan to create his own unique genre of horror—
Spooky Spaghetti
.
This Creepypasta fan is also under the name "Spooky Spaghetti" on the Internet, though on certain sites, such as YouTube, he adds a "666" to his name.
Spooky Spaghetti's very first Spooky Spaghetti was ''Jerry the Murderer'', and was sadly unsuccessful. No-one was scared of it, nor was anyone interested. His second title, ''Sonic.mov'', was also unsuccessful, even more so than ''Jerry the Murderer''. ''Squidward Shoots Himself'' was also a failure, along with ''Bart Dies'' and ''Mickey Walks Down A Road''. ''JAKE Choked'' didn't work out either. But his most unsuccessful title of all was ''Urine Whistle''.
After several failures of attempting to write a Spooky Spaghetti that's actually spooky, Spooky Spaghetti had received tons of hate and was ridiculed over the Internet for his name and for attempting to blatantly rip off Creepypasta. Spooky Spaghetti regrets what he has done, and quits his hobby of writing Spooky Spaghetti for people to read. At least for now.
However, one day, Spooky Spaghetti had come up with an idea, a brilliant one at that, something that people might actually find scary or at least worth reading—his latest and greatest Spooky Spaghetti, ''AGONY''. It was highly successful, rivaling ''Smile.jpg'' and ''Squidward's Suicide''. Here's the story...
''I had received a very long email from my best friend Jeremy, and I did not like what it said at all.''
''"Dear Martyn,''
''I've made the biggest mistake of my life. While watching television the other day, I had stumbled upon an unknown channel. The channel had a blank name and number, and at first it was just a black screen. However, I saw something at the bottom of the screen, very faint text that I could barely read—it said something like 'Leave... Go back... Escape while you can...', which I found freaky. I figured it was just some stupid prank, either that or a cable bug. I changed the channel and watched something else.''
''That night, I became curious and went back to the blank channel. It still had no number, but this time the name was merely the letter 'A', and the black screen turned into static. This time there was no text. I changed the channel and went back to the unknown channel, same thing. I changed the channel again, turned off the TV, and opened it again a few minutes later and went back to that channel. What I saw was even freakier. There was a black box in the center of the screen with a light blue outline, and inside the box it said 'THIS CHANNEL HAS BEEN BANNED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA' in distorted, white text. ''
''Not only that, but the background image was even more bizarre—it was mostly red and slightly yellowish with bits of orange, and there were two black oval-shaped holes with what appears to be eyelashes around them. If looked at the right way, this could be a realistic-looking closeup of a demonic face, showing only the hollow eyes of the 'face'. The TV was completely silent at first. Several seconds later, I also began to hear ambient sounds in the background, along with what might be a heartbeat. There was still no channel number and the name of the channel still just said 'A'.''
''I just stared at the image, confused as to why the fuck this is on my TV. It wasn't that late, so luckily I wasn't alone. My mother came in and was startled by the image. She asked me, 'Jeremy, what is this?!', and I didn't respond, or even look back at her. My eyes were fixed onto the TV screen, it felt as if the 'demon' was staring into my soul and I couldn't escape its gaze. Eventually the background image had faded to black, while the black, outlined box with the distorted message was still there. Seconds later, it faded to another image—a closeup of bloody knife laying on a dark gray floor near a small puddle of blood, nothing else. The ambiance got louder and deep tones were heard as well.''
''After the image changed to the bloody knife, I was able to look away and responded to my mother. I just said 'I... I don't know...' and looked back at the screen, which was black again except for the black box with the message. The background image had then changed to an even eerier photo. It appeared to be a silhouette of a person—possibly a grown man—with his hand reaching out towards the camera. The image was colorless and the background was a slightly dark gray. This time, the ambiance turned into a distorted single-note tune, and a maniacal laughter can be heard as well. My mother and I were disturbed by this and I closed the TV.''
''I couldn't sleep that night. I just kept thinking about that channel and I couldn't get it out of my head. I couldn't stand this much curiosity, so I got up and sneaked into the living room, and turned on the TV. I went back to the channel. Instead of getting the random creepy images and the black box with a distorted message, I actually got some video this time.''
''It appeared to be a hallway. Once every few minutes, someone walked past, a different person each time. It appeared to be sunny outside, and normal city noises were heard, such as a car passing by. I checked the channel name again, and this time, it was 'AG'. After five minutes, no-one was there anymore. Everything had gone silent and the sunny sky had turned cloudy. Eventually it got dark outside. It got dark inside the hallway as well, the electricity was cut off. The screen was completely black. I was once again disturbed by this, and the fact that the lights are off and it's 5:00 AM doesn't help at all. I checked the channel name again and it was 'AGO' this time. Then I heard footsteps, and very faint chuckling. The chuckle had soon turned into a crazed laughter, almost identical to the one I heard last time. ''
''Then, in that black screen, I saw a very faint image of a face—a grinning, demonic red and yellowish face with two hollow eyes staring into my soul, and it looked exactly the same as the one I saw last time, although this time it looked more hyper-realistic, and it showed the whole face instead of just the eyes. The image of the face got clearer and clearer by the moment, although it's hard to notice since 10 seconds pass as the image gets just slightly clearer. The laughing got louder and even more demented, and eventually, distorted as well. At this point, the image of the face was crystal clear, and it was absolutely nightmarish. Jeff the Killer and Smile.jpg are nothing compared to this freaky image.''
''After that, the sound had abruptly stopped, and it was completely silent. The face was just there in the darkness, staring at me with those two lifeless, piercing black eyes. Then suddenly, the screen began to flicker violently, almost enough to give me a seizure. I checked the channel name again, and it said 'AGON' this time. After that, all hell broke loose. I couldn't even describe what was happening—the sound was piercingly loud and random images were shown at a speed of 5 frames per image. It was so quick I couldn't even remember what most of the images were, but I assure you, every image I saw was gory, Satanic, and plain nightmarish. ''
''I couldn't turn off the TV or change the channel. I tried closing my eyes and covering my face, and even running away to get help, but I was stuck on the couch. I couldn't get up, I couldn't move or close my eyes or even blink. I was completely frozen. It's like the TV was hypnotizing me, I was forced to see everything it had to offer and I couldn't look away. Every image it showed was fixed into my brain, I couldn't get the images out of my head until the next day. Finally, I screamed as loud as I could, which was literally the only thing I could do. Mom and dad didn't wake up, no-one did.''
''After a minute at most, the screen had just cut to black, and the sound was completely gone. The final image was bloody, distorted text with a black background. It said 'AGONY' at the top in huge letters, and below that it said 'CHANNEL 666'. Then the TV automatically turned off. I just sat there in the darkness, breathing uncontrollably with my heart beating like a drum at a fast rate. Then I broke into tears, wailing loudly, covering my face and curling into a fetal position, undergoing severe mental trauma. Eventually I fell asleep on the couch. It was the absolute worst experience I had ever had in my life.''
''Martyn, please promise me that if you ever
stumble upon 'AGONY', aka 'Channel 666' on your cable device (which is, at first, a blank channel with a secret message at the bottom), you'll whack the device to pieces, burn it, and spill the remains into the garbage bin. My life will never be the same after such a traumatic experience, I may never go outside for a long time and we might not be able to keep in touch any longer. This means we can't be friends anymore. This is, sadly, the last message you'll ever see from me. Hope for the best.''
''Love,''
''Jeremy"''
''I couldn't believe this the first time I read it. I didn't want to believe it. Jeremy was my best friend, and he's willing to give up our friendship over a stupid TV channel? I'm starting to get paranoid now. What if Jeremy was lying about all that? He probably just wanted to come up with an excuse for ditching our friendship for whatever reason. I bet this "AGONY" thing doesn't even exist. That's what part of me thinks, while the other part of me says, what if "AGONY" is real? Could there really be a 666th channel named "AGONY" on my cable? If there is, what should I do? Should I just destroy the cable device as Jeremy suggested? Of course, I'd need my parents' permission for that, they'd get pretty pissed off at me destroying our cable box without any evidence of Channel 666, besides Jeremy's message. I still need to find out if this channel really exists though, and there's only one way to find out... *grabs the TV remote*''
''"AGONY"...''
''I'm coming for you.''
Spooky Spaghetti's "AGONY" had mostly received highly positive reviews and also a little negativity due to the story being "cliche" and since it was written by the same author of ''Jerry the Murderer'', ''Sonic.mov'', and other aforementioned Scary Spaghetti failures. This had encouraged Spooky Spaghetti to write more, as his fans believed he was an autistic artistic genius.
Cliche horror story after cliche horror story, Spooky Spaghetti had gotten bored of his reiterative job, and decided to talk to his best friend Mike through Internet chat.
Spooky Spaghetti:
Hey, mate.
Mike:
'Sup?
Spooky Spaghetti:
Nothing much.
Mike: Dude, I've read all of your Spooky Spaghetti so far, and they're great! You truly are an autisti— Uh, I mean, artistic
genius!
Spooky Spaghetti:
Thanks man, I don't know what I'd do without you.
Mike:
No problem.
Spooky Spaghetti:
It's just that... I'm getting so bored of my job, doing the same thing over and over again day after day, night after night... I need a fresh start. A new life. This is getting depressing and tiresome, and I don't know if I could go on much longer.
Mike:
Whoa. Really? Well, sorry about that, man... If you really are getting sick if writing Spooky Spaghetti, what do you want to do?
Spooky Spaghetti:
I've realized my dream is to become an infamous pirate, computer hacker, billionaire, serial killer, terrorist, singer, porn star, and drug dealer... Seriously, that's all I want, is that so much to ask for? Why do I have to get such a difficult, tiresome job, sitting on my ass all day and writing stuff, when I could easily become the world's most successful pirate, computer hacker, billionaire, serial killer, terrorist, singer, porn star, and drug dealer instead?!
Mike:
That is so true!
Spooky Spaghetti:
Mike, I'd like to talk to you in person sometime later. Actually, as soon as possible.
Mike:
...Why?
Spooky Spaghetti:
Well, I did say I want to become a serial killer, didn't I?
Mike:
'Kay bye you're not my friend anymore I hate you go away fuck you psychopath bye. *disconnects*
Spooky Spaghetti recorded himself in real life during the chat and uploaded the video on YouTube. About 20 seconds in, he began to masturbate furiously.
After the chat, Spooky Spaghetti became lonely. So lonely that he became angry. Angry at how much his life is a failure. To relieve his anger, he became a singer and sung about his Spooky Spaghetti. Due to much controversy, he has been officially confirmed to be the world's worst singer.
Spooky Spaghetti gave up his singing career and became depressed. Instead of cutting himself, he bit the skin of his arms off. Then he became a serial killer so he could feel better. His infamous phrase before murdering a victim was "GO TO SPAGHETTI". However, the police caught him and he was sentenced to life in prison.
Spooky Spaghetti was angrier and more depressed than ever. There was a computer in his cell, so he used it to learn computer hacking. Once he became a professional hacker, he began to commit a horrible, evil, atrocious crime...
He drew a terrifying, hyper-realistic image of himself and leaked it to the Internet literally everywhere, also as a virus. An incredibly easy to get virus, which could be anywhere, at anytime. The image caused mental trauma, strokes, seizures, autism, brain cancer, and heart attacks for anyone who viewed it. For committing such a vile act, his computer had been confiscated and he lived in his cell alone with no toilet, bed, or television. Eventually, a consensus was formed in regards to him qualifying for capital punishment, and so he was mercilessly executed on the spot. This is the end of poor old Spooky Spaghetti, but his legend remains among the hearts of his people, and so do his shitty, cliche Spooky Spaghetti.
...But wait, what was this image that Spooky Spaghetti had leaked to the Internet? What could have possibly made it so terrifying that it would give people mental trauma/strokes/seizures/autism/brain cancer/heart attacks? Well... you'll find out right about now. (WARNING: View this image at your own risk. You might end up like everyone else who saw it. Not that anyone cares. WARNING 2:
Also contains spooky skeletons.)
